Clearing up confusion
Okay, click on the title of this link and it should answer most of your questions. It talks about the different vaccines and what is in them. It explains the issue better then I have been able to, so here goes.

Big caveat on this video: the woman interviewed is from the National Vaccine Information Center, which is a privately-funded anti-vaccine organization.
