You'd think I would have learned

For those of you who read my post a few months back, you would know that we don't have the best luck when it comes to Joey and fish.  Well, we had some friends move to Washington and rather then flush their beautiful Betta, we inherited it.  Of course you can't just inherit one fish in the prior house, noooooo. . . we had to go out and buy more.

Of the six new fish that were purchased at good old Walmart, only 3 survived the first two weeks.  Now we are left with one Betta and 3 other fish that live in a rather large fish tank.

Joey, being Joey, decided one day that it was his turn to feed the fish.  Mom (me) was in the back room, unaware of his decision and came out a few minutes later to find Joey on the kitchen table, the entire container of Betta food in the fish tank and half of the extra large fish food container's contents in the other tank.  I am posting pictures so you can see.  I am also posting pictures of the tanks after they were cleaned.

*Note the wall is white behind the fish tank, just to give you a better visual.

The Betta Tank (the brown circular things on the bottom are not rocks it's Beta food)
