Being Healthy (And looking Great)

A friend of mine introduced me to her friend's blog where she has posted a "Get Fit Challenge." Now I didn't completely get the challenge info, but I thought that if I wanted to do something similar with my own circle of friends I would probably have more success.

Well, problem number one, quite a few of you are pregnant. Problem number two the rest of you are already skinny and (unlike myself) don't need to still loose 10-15 lbs from past pregnancies.

So, since I am the only one left who needs to stop hibernating this winter and get motivated, I am going to start upping my workout and focus more on my eating habits. If anyone would like to join me, let me know. My ending date will be June 10th and my reward will be to go out and buy a new cute summer outfit and a swimming suit. (Everything should be on sale by then because you know June means fall is just around the corner. Don't you love the way retail thinks.)

Email me, if you want to do this together. Pick your own plan, and then whatever it is "stick to it." We can keep tabs on each other and maybe actually motivate each other to be successful. To the rest of you, I hope you are having a great day.

My goal is to start exercising again, and no sweets after dinner. I have a bad habit of having a treat at night after the kids are in bed, and playing on the computer instead of exercising during naptime.

Good for you. June 10 will be just a month after baby so I'll just be starting my efforts - but I think it's great that you are doing it. You're beautiful no matter what, so this will just be for good health - and a smokin' body.

Happy (almost) birthday, Diana!

I'm with Elena -- you look super-fab, but it's always good to be healthy! I could always use some motivation, so I encourage you to post your goals and successes on the blog!
