Sara Sings

Sometimes Sara get's discouraged because she doesn't always do as well at auditions as she does singing at home.

A few weeks ago Sara wanted a part in CYT's "The Little Mermaid" and so she practiced really hard on her audition piece.  Unfortunately her hands started shaking when she got up to sing and nerves caused her to choke three times during her audition.  Frustrated, she went back to her music teacher Michael Chaffin on Monday and told him what happened.  For fun he decided to have her sing the song, "Part of Your World."  He also taught her some technics to help work through the nerves she experiences during auditions.  I don't think it will be long before she has her turn in the spotlight.
